Product Description

Don't miss important calls when the ringer is off. The Light-Up Indicator with Ringer Alert at the base of the antenna of the KX-TG4323B Expandable Cordless Phone will flash quickly to show that you have an incoming call, and it will flash slowly to let you know you have a new message. Now you can program each handset to ring at your discretion. Before going to sleep, simply set the bedside handset to Night Mode so that it won't ring in your bedroom. In the meantime, the handset in the den will still ring when that important call comes in without disturbing the person who's sleeping. With the Panasonic answering system, you'll never miss important calls, even when the ringer is off. The integrated light-up indicator featured at the base of the handset's antenna will flash quickly when an incoming call is in progress, and will flash slowly to let you know you have a new message. Should you choose to expand the answering system to include additional handsets, each handset can be programmed to ring or simply flash at your discretion. The system is compatible with up to three additional handsets (for a total of four).

In addition to the standard call waiting feature, this system comes with call waiting caller ID2, a feature that allows you to see who's calling you if you're already taking a call. Other great features include a 50-station shared phonebook, a handy charge indicator, a backlit LCD display, and a convenient intercom feature. Customer Reviews:

  • Need better batteries, otherwise 5 stars
These work great for a while, but the supplied rechargeable batteries are pretty wimpy. I use the main handset for long conference calls and after a few months the batteries couldn't hold out for more than 15 minutes and then the phone would shut off. I thought the handset was defective but replaced the supplied batteries with name-brand (Sony) rechargeable batteries and everything's fine again. Each handset uses two AAA batteries; fortunately I went to all-rechargeables a couple of years ago so I had plenty of spares to use as replacements....more info
  • Works great
This 'system' works very well. One of my main concerns was range. I use one handset as a shop phone so my wife can use the intercom to talk to me. The shop is separate from the house and a pretty good distance from the base. Works just fine. The handsets are small! ...more info

  • Acceptable
After trying numerous brands of phones, I concluded that Panasonic is the best mfg.. I bought a set of Panasonic DECT 6.0 phones, but like a few other people cannot get decent perf., due to interference with Wireless Router, Bluetooth, or something else. So I purchased the Panasonice 5.8GHz to replace the GE 5.8 system which had multiple problems after only 2 years.

I bought the 4323 3-handset, and it worked like well; so this purchase was my second so I could get 6 handsets (I just turn the 2nd answering machine off), and have no problems. Any phone can be charged on any charger. I de/re-programmed one handset, so I cold get the messaging on 4 of the handsets.

The phones work okay, but they are very basic, with only 8 ringers and lacking even a belt clip. It does have distinctive ringing which I find very useful. If I get a good amount of useage out of them, I'll be satisfied. Being able to replace the battery with std. AA rechargeables should be a definite advantage.

  • Panasonic 5.8 phones
Excellent, just excellent. Had uniden phones before with interference at the computer and sound was never real clear. With the Panasonic, there is no interference and the sound is crystal clear. Am really pleased with the purchase. I have the base unit and a handset downstairs and 1 handset upstairs in my office next to numerous electronic devices with no problem.

Only thing I'd change on the phone is to make it less smooth to the touch. It can slip out of the hand simply because of it's small size.

    You won't be disappointed....more info
  • Best Price
I recommand everyone to have this Panasonic cordless phone. It comes with three handsfree sets with the base. The price is cheaper then with the retail market....more info
  • best phone system I've had yet
Easy to set up and use. Well built. Good ergonimics, although handsets are a little too small for my hands. Excellent clarity. I have tried quite a few different brands and panasonic seems to be the best....more info
