• P90X--Great Product!!
  I just started Phase 2 (day 32) of the P90X and am already down 11 pounds. It is difficult, at first, but my wife and I have stayed committed to the diet and the videos everyday and it has payed off quite a bit. I would definately encourage everyone to do this....more info

  The DVD's came in amazing shape with plastic covers on the DVD's. Every disk plays perfectly and there are no signs of wear on the box or DVD's. As for the product, all I will say is that it works great....more info

• PT for the every day man or woman
  Thank god for late night TV. The night was long and I was restless so I did what every red blooded American does when they can't sleep at two in the morning, turn on the TV and watch info-commercials, well as I was surfing the endless supply of products I came across this well built man jumping around, doing pull ups, sit-ups and more. Before I knew it I watched the entire program, having missed the beginning I surfed till I found it again, I ended up watching it four more times till I was interrupted by a soft voice in the distance saying, `Buy the damn thing already and get to bed.' Well that was a month ago and now I find myself jumping around, doing pull ups, sit ups and more.
  
  I'm a Deputy Sheriff, a Canine Unit and at 45 and I thought the only way to get and stay in shape was spending three to four hours at the gym every day, and running from sun up to sun down, Thanks to P90X I am getting a quality workout that exceeds anything my old Army Drill Sergeant could retaliate on me, he was a mad man, needless to say after an hour or more with P90X I find myself physically satisfied and in need of a rest and with no more gym days I have more time with friends and family and I am getting in the best, well better shape of my life. • Motivation to Workout
  This is an awesome product! I have no will power to work out on my own. 13 DVDs keep it interesting. Only problem is that a couple are scratched and are hard to play in a DVD player. After reading reviews of buying the product, I decided to order from Amazon to avoid the overseas call centers that apparently mess up orders and cause frustration. I highly recommend P90X for someone who loves to work out and sweat (work out level not an issue for the most part)....more info

  I bought the P90X workout off the infomercial. My son (16, 120 lb skinny kid) and I (50yr female) decided we would try the workout because they said we would have a money back guarantee for 90 days. This meant that we could try the work out for the entire 90 days. If we didn't like it, we could return it after using it for the entire 90 days.
  
  We have been using the P90X workout for 2 weeks. The two of us passed the fitness test when we first got the program. We both love it. Aaron wants to bulk up. I want to get leaner. I have been doing strength training for about a year, at home. I have reached a plateau. P90X is tough, but doable. He loves the yoga and hates the kempo(blocks, kicks, punches). I hate the yoga and love the kempo. So, I do kempo whenever it says to do yoga and he does yoga every time it says kempo. With the 12 DVDs there is a lot of variety so you can personalize the workouts.
  
  I would have bought P90X sooner, but, I didn't think I would be able to handle the routine. All the testimonials are from men or young women. I was definitely hesitant. It's true the first week was pretty tough. This second week has been better. The key is pace yourself. I can definitely use more weight, but, the workout is an hour long, so you need to pace yourself. The second week I'm using more weight and doing more reps. Next week I'll up the weight and the reps too. We are going into our third week. There is no way we want to send the workout back.
  
  I did buy a "Door Gym" chin up bar from Amazon. After two weeks I can tell I'm getting past the plateau. My son and I are the most unlikely people to benefit from this workout, but we are doing great.

• Fantastic Workout Routine If You Are A Self-Motivator!
  I only received the 13 DVD's, and not the booklets that accompany the workout program. Unfortunately, that seems to be a recurring theme among the reviews.
  
  However, if you are a self-motivator, you will find that the DVD's are all you need. I found this workout to be amazing! While I did not lose any weight for the first three weeks, I put on a lot of muscle, and lost a lot of fat. I have been getting a bunch of comments on my body by people who saw me before and after.
  
  It can be said that anytime you work out for an hour a day, you will see results. However, coming from an ex-collegiate wrestler, I can tell you that this product gives results very quickly with very little repeat soreness....Repeat is the key word. You WILL be sore every single day of this workout, but you will be working a different set of muscles every single day, and you should never end up hitting a point where you need an unscheduled day off, because your muscles will not be too sore to do the next workout.
  
  Look this one up on the web, and visit thier website. You will find all the info you need. I think you will be happy with this product as long as you can motivate yourself, and use the DVD's as they were intended.

• NO GUIDES INCLUDED
  I not only recieved 2 sets of the 13 dvd box sets BUT I recieved NO guides that it specificaly said that would be included in the shipment. There were no replies to my emails as to where my literature was. I ended up selling my second box set and work out to the one I kept. Still an awesome workout none the less... it would have been better if this seller stuck by their word of what would be included in the sale....more info
