  Wrong product was sent and seller did not seem to know the difference. It has been over a month since I ordered the product and have not received the correct one. I sent the product back and was told I would get a refund but have not gotten it yet. I was also told by the seller he does not have the correct product. I am out $14 for the return shipping which I assume I will not be refunded even though I am not at fault....more info
• Doesn't work
  Comes with very simple instructions, plug in cables, adapter works ... or in my case doesn't - connects to power, connects to internet but doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to do which is work as a phone adapter. Unfortunately I waited longer than the 15 days to return it so wasted $70....more info

  The linksys Pap2T which i got first worked for 2 days and died . the LED light was red .
  Then I ordered for a replacement & that is working perfect. A good ATA with 2 ports .

• After 6 months.
  I purchased the PAP2T-NA from Amazon about 6 months ago specifically to try Call Centric's VoIP service. I connected it to my D-Link router and set it up without any problems. There were a number of issues involved in obtaining optimal results from the service but they were all quickly resolved with Call Centric's excellent technical help. I now have the unit wired into my home's old phone system (easy to do) and it supports a total of 11 phones (wired and cordless) without difficulty. My bill is usually less than $5/mo. and that is mostly for my ported number and 911 service. Before choosing I read a number of favorable reviews of Call Centric's phone service. Mine is one more.
  Some of the reviews address issues of VoIP in general and suggest that entering this relatively new world is not for the technically challenged.
  Well, like everything else, it's a matter of degree. If you want to try it, just go for it! You might have a good learning experience in the process. The Linksys PAP2T works very well for me. ...more info
• terrible...bad customer service from LINKSYS
  Bought this to replace my previous VOIP LINKSYS PAP2 Ver 2. The previous one lasted 8 months before it died. Thought I would buy the same one even though the previous had a relativily short life span, it worked well. This time around I was not so lucky the MAC address was invalid. Called LINKSYS and they were not very helpful in helping me find a solution. . Also waited longer than 15 days so I could not return it....more info
• highly featured, relitively easy to set up
  This unit has many features that will all take some time figure out. But the basic set up for standard features is easy. The ip supplier gives you the set up info and depending on their information it could be very easy, just change a few settings and its good to go. Took about 20 minuets....more info
• Works like a charm
  Thought I had a few issues connecting with my voip provider but the issue was with the router. Fixed router and voip adapter has worked great.

  It was pretty easy to setup. I honestly wasn't impressed with the manual. The way you get the IP address is kind of lame.
  
  Because the device using DHCP, once it was plugged in my router gave it an IP address. I logged into my router (Linksys WRT-54g) to see what IP addresses was being used and saw the device. Then I went to my browser and logged into the device. Simple way to do it, as long as you can get a list of "computers" on the network.
  
  I recommend this product. I have been using it for a month and I have not had a single problem.
