Customer Reviews:

  • Easy to use. Sound quality is not too good
It is cheap. I loose my BT headset all the time. So, cheap is a plus. Reception is not that good and sound quality is not perfect. For the price, it is pretty ok....more info
  • Dont buy it
I found it to be very uncomfortable, if not painful, to wear for any extended amount of time. My friends said the sound quality was terrible! (I could hear them, but they had trouble hearing me.)...more info
  • The Best
This Plantronics headset is the third Bluetooth unit that I have used and it is by far THE BEST one out there! The clarity is excellent--most times the person on the other end can't tell whether I'm using an earpiece or not. It also fits more comfortably in the ear than all the others. I highly recommend it!...more info
  • I'm pleased
I love the Plantronics Explorer 320 Bluetooth Headset. Great value for the money.

  • One of the best bluetooth headsets i've tried
I've tried several Motorolas, and numerous other brands. This one is probably my favorite so far. Good range, good sound quality, stays on the ear, and is very comfortable. This is the only one i've come across that i can wear all day without it bothering me. You can swivel it while it's on your ear (about 30 degrees) to find the optimal position. I use one position for longterm comfort, and another position for maximum stability - in this latter position, it is anchored to my ear so i can move my head around without fear of it falling off (it annoys me when i'm wearing one and i tilt my head to look under a table or something and my headset falls off).

I lost my first one of these and am on my second. If i lose this one, i'm buying another one just like it - I'm tired of trying different headsets i don't like....more info
  • Misleading description - beware!!!
    The description states....
    "What's in the Box
Explorer 320 headset, AC adapter, user guide, warranty guide, and safety guide."

However this does NOT come in a retail box! It came in a plastic bag - AKA bulk packaging! I emailed Amazon Customer Support about the issue, so they issued an RMA. But when I got the new shipment, they just sent me the same thing again. I had them call me and the rep apologized but said that's how it comes packaged and there was nothing he could do about that. When I told him that this was false advertising, he said that they would change the description - he was "doing it right now." They have yet to change the ad so just beware!

I love Amazon but this was a big disappointment since this is going to be a Christmas present. Especially since I paid a little more to buy from Amazon and not one of their Marketplace sellers, who had it cheaper.

I gave this 3 stars for the product not Amazon in this case....more info
  • Great Model Better Customer Service
Great hands free device at a low price. Bought this for my mother who is not very tech savvy and she was up and running in no time....more info
  • Excellent
Highs: Very comfy, good sound quality, simple & easy to use, great price
Lows: Arm can crack, lacks features
Bottom Line: If you don't care about features, this bluetooth headset is a steal for $30....more info
  • Almost fed up with bluetooth technology
I purchased this device after my wife marveled over it. She lives in a metropolis area and I'm constantly traveling and maybe that has something to do with it. There are times when she's using her headset and I'm not able to tell. I got one after being disappointed with the Motorola 500. The Explorer 320 is considerably more comfortable and definitely remains on the ear while doing normal activities. Like some of the other reviews, there is static if there is any interference between the earpiece and phone. I'm not searching for perfection, I just want a good product. ...more info
  • so much better than holding the phone.
It was so easy to set up, and the volume is actually loud enough to hear the whole conversation.. also, your voice is clear to the person on the other side. I highly recommend this headset....more info
  • pretty good product
this product works well, easy to pair up with my LG CU500 cell phone. you have to speak up when using this though, as people tend to complain that they can't hear me well.

the product looks good and feels comfortable when wearing it.

    highly recommended....more info
  • Value for money
Decent headset - Light, reasonably comfortable, very clear.

Range not as good as expected, but suited my needs for hands free in the car and within a 15X15 office.

    - overall quite good except for the volume control which
has minimal effect, if any, on the volume!...more info
  • Inconsistent compatability
I had misplaced my other Plantronics 3XX Bluetooth Headset and ordered this one since it looked similar to the one that I really liked. Unfortunately, this headset would not consistently stay connected to my phone. Often, I would be talking on the headset then without warning my call would be on the speakerphone. (This occured when my headset was fully charge.) When I would attempt to reconnect to the headset my phone would state either there were no bluetooth devices detected or my phone would pick up other bluetooth devices in other people's vehicles (but not this one that was sitting beside my phone). On rare occations, the Plantronics 320 Bluetooth Headset would work fine, therefore I did not send it back for a full refund. ...more info
  • GREAT for my Treo 700vw
I tried about 4 different headsets for my Treo 700vw before finding this one. I have been using it for about 9 months and it is great. The only difficulty is remembering to answer the phone directly from the headset, otherwise the speaker on the phone is turned on. Which is good when you can't find your headset, because previous headsets would turn on even when I wanted to answer a call directly from the phone.

After my treo software upgrade, it became a little more difficult to pair the headset, but once it was recognized, I haven't had any problems.

I definitely recommend it. Very stable in the ear, light, sturdy, easy to switch ears and long talk life. I can usually go 2-3 days without charging it.

I don't know whether it's Treo's or just bluetooth headsets in general, but it took me months to find one that worked well. And this one has been great....more info

  • Wonderful little device!
When I started driving (in my 30's!), I knew better than to try to talk on the phone and shift gears/navigate traffic/etc at the same time. In fact, my family & friends knew that if they called, I'd simply andswer the phone, say "I'm driving," and hang up on them. So when my little brother got me this for Christmas, I thought it was the best present ever! I haven't tried any other bluetooths, so I can't compare it to the others, but I can say this little thing does it's job well.
    1. Easy to set up with my Samsung phone. I'm not too savvy when it comes to electronic devices, so I was thrilled when I found set up was simple.
    2. Single button for voice activated dialing, volume control, redial, answer, and disconnecting is perfect when driving. Also great when grocery shopping, cooking, & washing dishes!
    3. Over ear piece is super comfortable and doesn't mess with my glasses
    4. Sound quality seems good. No one has claimed they can't hear me, and I can hear them even better than when I use the handset. Even in areas of inflated noise, like the grocery store or driving down the highway with the windows down, background noice has not been a problem.
    5. Battery life: excellent. I talk and talk and talk, it sits on standby for days, and even then I still have more than enough battery life.

The one tip I would have is that if you like driving with the stereo up loud, keep your handset on vibrate in your pocket. Even though the device beeps loudly in your ear when it's ringing, it tends to blend in with loud music, so the vibrating handset is very useful in detecting an incoming call.

Overall, this is simply one of the most useful gifts I have ever received, and I would recommend it to anyone who might get a call when driving but isn't keen on multitasking....more info
  • love it
It does get some static. But I've washed the thing in the washing machine 4 times and it still works great. I wanted a new one so I got a samsung hated it it kept falling out of my ear and the ear hook sucks. I love the 320's hook it rotates and its not a hard plastic and it just fits better so I've switched back. Also Ive used the 320 with a motorola nextel phone it worked horrible then I got the RAZOR with ATT works great. So sometimes its the phone....more info
  • Plantronics Explorer
Headset works great. Only draw back that it needs somewhat of a clear view from headset to cellphone. Besides that the battery life is great, recharge time is incredibly fast. Great headset for under 100 bucks definately worth it....more info
  • Alright headset
This is a good headset, works fine... unless you are in another room or if you turn a certin way and something is blocking the connection then it gets bad but thats ok. Its good other than that....more info
  • Takes a licking, but keeps on ticking...
This little bluetooth headset has decent reception. I have occasionally gotten complaints from the person I'm talking to that the volume gets faint. But the headset is pretty good for under $30.

The amazing thing is that I have forgotten it in my pants pocket and it has gone to the wash twice already. It still works. There might be a little more static, but it still works. I think that in both cases, the headset was off before the water ever hit it. Each time I've discovered it in the clothes washer, I would let it dry out for a few days in a pill bottle stuffed with several silica get packs before ever turning it on.

In both cases, I discovered the head set as I was getting clothes out of the wash. I'm not able to comment on whether it can still continue working after a trip thru the clothes dryer. If I should have the misfortune of putting the headset thru the clothes dryer, I will certainly post an update....more info
  • Plantronics 320, good product.
Works as advertised, one more charger to carry but long talk time and fairly comfortable to wear. Good range to my blackberry pearl....more info
  • It's not a bad bluetooth device
I read the reviews here and ended up buying this bluetooth device. After pairing it up with my phone, I ended up using while my phone was clipped to my belt. I got static, even if I move my phone I get static. I need to have the phone in front of me before I can use this bluetooth and not get static. Other than the static it's a nice bluetooth. ...more info

  • Worked great for 4 months. Then static-city.
Bought the Plantronics Explorer 320 back in October of 2006. Worked very well paired with a Treo 700w and as a Skype headset on my PC (using a USB Bluetooth transceiver). In January of 2007, the headset stopped working as I was making a call. I turned off the headset and powered back up. It continued to be paired with my Treo, yet, the call was filled with too much static (for both callers) to be functional. I took the headset home and tried it with my PC and Skype. Same problem. I was very happy with the headset at first. Clearly Plantronics has a defective product on their hands - I am not the only one to have this problem. Be wary of others giving this headset high marks: it may only be a matter of time before they have problems too. ...more info
  • Look ma, NO WIRES!
I am a long time user of Plantronics headsets and roaming communications devices. I highly recommend this Plantronics Bluetooth device. I find I am no longer fettered with hanging wires wherever I go. I can do anything (almost) with this earpiece on. I've cooked with it on, played computer games with it on, cleaned house with it on, and best of all, I can drive with it on. I find myself surprised that nothing catches on the steering wheel, or the shift or turn signal levers. Nothing gets jammed down the seatbelt hole, or the edge of the driver's seat. I work as a field tech, and have to take customer calls 24 hours a day, so now I can take them when I am driving, and anywhere else (Theaters, restaurants and other places it isn't polite to answer are excepted). The range isn't more than a few feet, so keep your cell on your person when you're walking around doing things. It really is the best thing to happen to phones since the 'hold' button....more info
  • Review on Plantronics Explorer 320 Bluetooth
Pros: I have found that this unit is very lightweight, is comfortable to wear for long periods of time without becoming a nuisance. Also, from the feedback that I have received from individuals that I speak to, everyone tells me that they can hear me clearly when I speak. I have also found that no matter which side you carry your cell phone on (if you wear on a belt clip) that I do not pick up much interference or static. I can hear everyone that I speak to very clearly.

Cons: Sometimes when I try to reduce the sound level the unit is not compliant (on occasion, not always). Also, when I am traveling on the interstate and have wind noise, I have had people ask me if I was riding with my windows down, when I was not. I believe that the sensitivity level is very strong on this unit and that is why it picks up background noise.

Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone for the price. ...more info
  • Great
I bought this headset for the sole purpose of using it with my Playstation 3. Where as many of the ear pieces have to be paired every time the system is shut down and restarted, this one does not. It stays paired with the console and sound quality is good. I would highly recommend this product for use with the PS3....more info
  • Great headset
My wife loves this headset. She is very hard to please. We've tried a number of headsets and this is the only one the was comfortable. It's light and not too pricey. I'll probably buy one for myself as well. We lost a 320 so we had to buy another headset. We had high hopes for the Motorola H700. But the 320 is better and bought another....more info

  • Really Nice
I wouldnt say i love this headset but its close. My bother inlaw has a Motorola headset that is twice the cost of this and i like this much better. Only two problem with it is wearing it for long periods, started to hurt the inner ear, and the voice dial is really bad, i have to yell at the mic to get the name out and sometimes gives me the wrong person. Other then those two things its a great headset, works all the time, long battery life, i talk on it about 61/2hrs a day and turned off the rest, i get about 3days out of headset useing that way. But it only takes about an hour to fully charger which is reall nice. I would say put this in your top two pick if your in the market for a bluetooth headset....more info
  • So nice had to get it twice
I am more than happy with this product. It fits comfortably in either ear, the sound is clear and loud, and the charge lasts a couple of days. I have used it at a distance of 60 feet through walls.

Don't purchase. Pay the extra 10 and get the motorola. I bought 2. There is a lot of "back ground" noise. Hard to understand incoming and outgoing voices. We bought this after a walmart associate said it was better or as good of quality as the motorola...don't do it. ...more info
  • Easy to use, Sturdy, Not the best sound.
Of the 8 headsets I've tested, this one is about average. The sound quality is slightly muffled. No worse than most of the ones I've tried, but definitely not as good as my favorite, the Plantronics Voyager 510. If you've got a noisy environment, this one probably won't satisfy. I liked the single button function and found it worked great with only a rare glitch when the headset would partially connect to the phone resulting in me being able to hear through the headset but needing to speak through the phone. (Turn off the headset and turn it back on. No need to end the call.) My partner and I both used one of these hard core for over a year in a construction environment until I broke the ear loop on mine and moved on to the 510. Considering what we put them through, I have to say that this unit holds up. I compare headsets by pairing two of them, putting one in each ear and switching between them while on the same call. This lets me and the caller hear the difference. All in all, good price, easy to use, sturdy, and most people won't notice the sound quality....more info
  • Not suitable for a treo 700p
I have had some experience with bluetooth headsets and thought that i would get this one for my Treo 700p based on reviews and affordability.

Well, you get what you pay for with this one. Although it's an ideal size and the fit is good...the reception on the device is crappy. It gives a crackling noise when wearing your phone on the opposite side. The other party can't hear you when the crackling noise is present. You can't use the headset more than 4 feet away from the phone without getting a crackling noise!

As much as battery life, talk time, and style is important to other people...reception is paramount to me. I returned the headset after 3 days of use. ...more info

  • You can't beat it for this price.
The headset is a little uncomfortable, but not unbearable. The range of the device does not meet typical bluetooth standards. I would say that 5 feet is about the maximum range and for my purposes that is fine. The battery life is superb. This is a great product for someone who would like to try a simple easy to use wireless headset for cheap. No bells or whistles. ...more info

  • Perfect... unless your driving 70mph
I love this head piece.... the only issues are ones that you'd probably have with any headset. There's a lot of background noise when you're driving faster than 70mph or if it's windy outside. I wish there was a battery life indicator but I haven't had any issues with that. I highly recommend this headset- affordable and dependable....more info

  • Better than PalmOne
The range is not as great as I would like, you have to be close to the phone but it defintely works better than the device I got from PalmTreoOne. I like the fact that it is easier to accept, hang up and adjust the volume from the headset's toggle switch. Much easier than the other device I mentioned. It is lower cost as well and you get much more in this unit than the PalmOne....more info
  • Poor Quality from this Explorer 320
Originally I purchased the Plantronics Explorer 320 Headset for my supervisor's birthday [...] which arrived in a non-plantronics package and was red in color, however the instruction manual was Plantronics. This device worked beautifully.

I wanted to buy myself the same headset because it worked so well, [...]. I purchased this headset [...] which came in the real Plantronics package and was the regular silver/black color. This device works horribly! It disconnects and reconnects OFTEN while my phone is attached to my hip, directly in a line of site to the headset on the same side of my body. I also hear so much static that its not even worth using. Ive done all the normal troubleshooting steps but it still doesnt work....more info

  • Great Bluetooth for the Price
I have owned this unit about three weeks now. I got this unit at a close out price, and I feel that I definitely got my money's worth. I have never owned a Blue-tooth head set before so I have nothing to compare it to. I read reviews on the Internet and decided that this was the unit I wanted in my price range. The sound is clear and intelligible on both ends,... as far as I can tell, even in the car, which is what I bought it for...(to use while driving)... and it is fairly comfortable for about 2 hours of ware, but after that becomes somewhat uncomfortable. I think with some adjustment it may be possible to make it feel even more comfortable, a lot of comfort depends on your own sensitivity, ear and head shape. Once paired with my phone, Razr V3, it reconnects each time in a matter of seconds (usually). Only once did it take longer. Before buying this headset I had never hear of Plantronics before, but I would say that their products have a good build quality and good sound. I liked these units more than the Motorola headsets mostly because of the way they fit rather than any sound quality issue. ...more info
  • Sound Quality Not Good
I returned 2 of these because the people my wife and I called couldn't hear us at all, although we could hear them perfectly. The people we called said it sounded like we were driving with our head sticking out of the window of the car. It picks up every little noise in the car like road noise, the fan, anything from the radio. If we turned everything off, no windows open, people said the sound was better, but still could hear a lot of background noise. If you plan on using this in a sound-proof room, it should work great. Otherwise, I don't recommend it if you want to use it in the car....more info
  • Works as advertised
I mainly use this headset when I'm driving. I have used it on an old Nokia 6310i and a Motorola A1200 and it works fine. The only drawback (which is mentioned in the manual) is that your phone and the headset should be on the same side if you want to experience the best reception.

This is not a problem as I usually rest my phone in a tray, close to the headset. The headset also plays my custom ringtones, so I have an idea who's calling before I answer. The battery life is great, the reception is great and it's not a problem to have it in my ear for long periods.

So, I would recommend this product to anyone interested in a nice, light bluetooth headset....more info

  • After a night in a rainy parking lot, it still worked
I have to say, this was a shockingly good experience. I have had mine almost a year when I lost it. I found it the following afternoon, in the parking lot at work. It spent a day and a night on the ground in the rain and even got either stepped on or driven over, as the earhook was broken off. The unit still worked! It would wedge into my ear and I could still use it very easily-albeit uncomfortably. Why not 5 stars? Because the ear hook pivot/swivel loosened with use to point where it would fall out of my ear. I replaced with a 350 due to budget, I wanted to get a 655 but we'll see how this does....more info
  • Total Junk!
I typically never write reviews. But I guess I've never been so dissapointed in a purchae before. The item first arrived in Bulk packaging, the item description is EXTREMELLY misleading!!!

Straight to the point, the headset arrived and the microphone did not work. I could hear out of it but it could not pick up my voice or any noise for that matter. Returning the item for a REFUND ASAP!

  • Good product for a good price
I got this Bluetooth headset for my wife and so far it's been working quite well. There haven't been circumstances where she has had to use the headset at far distances from her phone but the overall sound quality and functionality have been more than adequate for usual cell phone usage. For those who are more picky and demanding about things such as having spotless sound quality when you're 20-some feet away from your phone or having headset buttons that are so simple to use and perform every function that the cell phone buttons themselves perform, you might be happier with a different and more expensive product. But we've had no problems with this model yet and I'd be happy to purchase another one at this price if I needed another one....more info
  • Best I've Used So Far
I have tried 3 different Motorola headsets with my Mororola E815 phone and they were all terrible. People I was talking to heard a terrible echo and they didn't fit on my ear well.

Then I bought a Plantronics model similar to this Explorer 320, probably an older model. It worked great, but it had an annoying disco light show for not good reason. It finally stopped working after being dropped too many times.

This newer model works even better and doesn't have the annoying disco light show. People say that it sounds as good as any POTS land-line phone.

In fact I'm here now to order a second one to have as a spare. The price is definitely right!

The only downside I've found is that the sound quality does drop when I walk more than about 6' away from the phone, very short compared to the Mororolas....more info
  • Had for a Year and it still works
I bought this Item a year ago after trying all those other products and found that this bluetooth worked the best for my phone. It has great features and excellent sound quality. It also has a long range speaker, the battery life is just as it say although I haven't tried it for 170 hours stand-by but I rarely need to charge it and it still sounds great. I have a LG VX8300 and so does my sister; I bought her this bluetooth after the experience I was having and hers has work just as good. I believe there is a bluetooth for every phone and for the LG VX8300 this is it....more info

  • Stable on the ear, needs improvement
This headset replaced a Motorola one that I had been using for about half a year, which had the annoying problem of sitting loosely upon my ear. In noisy environments, it was difficult to hear with it too. When I got this Plantronics headset, I was pleased to find that it not only hooks around your ear lobe, but also "anchors" itself into your ear canal. As a result, it is quite resilient to movement, and can be comfortable worn and secured with my sunglasses, which used to literally push the Motorola headset off my ear.

I also love the single button that controls everything. Very slick. You can turn the headset on and off, raise and lower volume, and answer/make calls using just one button.

The armature that hooks itself into your ear canal also does a better job of channeling audio into your ear. I have seldom needed to maintain the headset at its highest volume setting, unlike my Motorola headset which didn't sit well on my ear, and permitted lots of ambient noise to interrupt my conversation. One slight downside of course, is that your ability to listen to your surroundings is slightly attenuated while using the headset. I typically have to unhook it from my ear when talking to people face-to-face.

Unfortunately, this Plantronics headset seems to suffer from inferior reception. There is noticeable white noise when I carry my phone in my left pocket, and hook the headset to my right ear. This is easily fixed by placing both items on the same side of my body. In short, a "direct line of sight" configuration is needed to acheive optimal reception... or maybe I'm just too fat. :)

Pros: Snug, secure fit. Single button control. Good audio channeling ability that helps you hear better.
Cons: Apparently weak reception requires "line of sight" placement of transmitter (cellphone) and headset...more info
  • Good for the money - older technology
This is a good unit for any non-business or non-heavy user. I've had this headset for many years, but stopped using it years ago because of the inconsistent connections. With California's new hands free law, I've started using it again, but the periodic drops or bad connections were not acceptable for business use. When it connects and keeps the connection, this is a very good unit with above average sound and voice quality. Good connections are about 75-80% of the time.

Fit is excellent so I'm sticking with plantronics on my next headset. ...more info
  • bad bad amazon
Today I received this headset from amazon. To my utter dismay apon opening the box and pulling the non-retail headset out of its plastic taped up bag, I could cleary see that this headset was someone elses return. Pulling it out of the plastic I first noticed the visable earwax still on the ear piece and turning it over to discover the power on/volume button to be busted in half and inoperable. Very upset with amazon that they would send out a previoulsy used product to someone that trusted them to send "new" since I ordered "new". Hopefully my replacement will get a much better review as im not blaming plantronics for this....more info
  • Great headset for the money
This headset is easy to use, has excellent sound quality, stays in my ear, and was simple to pair with my phone. My only complaint: weird connection with the charger cord. This is a big improvement over my previous (much more expensive) Jabra headset, which had lots of bells and whistles, but poor sound, wouldn't stay in my ear, and was difficult to pair with the phone. ...more info
  • Poor quality bluetooth technology
I am not 100% satisfied with the product that I purchased. Plantronics Explorer 320 Bluetooth Headset is reasonablly priced but the product itself is not a stellar product. Ever since i've owned the bluetooth wireless device I have had many calls dropped due to weak signals and static. I also have a big problem with the comfort of the device on your ear lobe. Wearing the product for more than 3 hour intervals will leave your ear's sore because of the insertable earpiece.

Overall, the product is not something to rave about or invest money in. I would advise potential customers to look at other types of Bluetooth devices instead of Plantronic's bluetooth devices....more info
  • one of the best gifts to give

  • good for its price
It took a while for my phone to recognize it, but after it did its worked very well, calls are always clear for a distant of a good 12-15 ft, after that it gets a lil static. The toggle switch on it can be a nusance occassionally, but once you get the hang of it its not a problem. A great deal if youre lookin for a cheap but effective bluetooth, works just as good as any that you'd pay three times as much for....more info
  • Good sound but uncomfortable
First off, I'm not a fan of BT headsets but I got this one for free so figured I'd try it out. If you don't have the instructions on putting it in discovery mode to pair with your phone, check out plantronics website for a quick walk-through. So after getting it paired to my LG VX9100, I tried fitting it on my ear. Took a couple tries to find a somewhat working position. Really uncomfortable. I must have small ear canals because the speaker doesn't fit into my ear very well. I can hear others fine, a little static once in awhile, but people on the other end of the call say they have a hard time hearing me. Yet, the headset can pick up background noise quite well (my roomie was vacuuming two rooms over and the caller on the other end could hear it clearly). Don't even bother using it in slightly breezy conditions. Sound also breaks up in the car. Best used if you are too lazy to hold the phone to your ear, but that's about it. Maybe if you're cooking and talking on the phone at the same time?...more info

  • Plantronics Explorer 320 bluetooth
This is the 1st bluetooth that I have owned. It is a good tool and I find it to be very useful. I do not believe in holding a phone while driving. This enables me to have quick conversations if the need arises when I am on the road.
It tends to beep intermittantly while on and I,m not quite sure if it is a call coming in or just an alert that the device is still on.
The instructions that come with the device are not very clear.
I do like it. Maybe after using it more fequently I will become more comfortable with it....more info
  • Good fit but sound quality needs improvement
I have had this headset for a few months now. Overall it's about the same as many others I have tried: decent fit to my ear, easy to use, easy to pair with my phone. The main problem I have with it is the noise that the callers hear from my end is sometimes too much for them when I'm not in a place where there is complete silence. I have had to leave what I consider normal noise level places before because the caller could not hear me over the background noises. And I am not talking about loud music or anything out of the ordinary, I'm talking about standing in the line at the bank for instance. Very little noise but the caller hears every little thing going on around me. However, I have used many many many ear pieces and overall this one is good. I do like Plantronics the best so everytime I misplace or break one of my headsets I always go back to Plantronics. I will say on this one, it's the first one that has not cut out my calls during conversations. The Plantronics 510 was always doing that and it was very annoying when all of a sudden you hear the callers voice screaming out of the phone as you sit there and say "hello? hello? are you there?" into the ear piece. ...more info
  • A good product
I have not tried many other headsets, but I am confident in saying that this is a good product....more info
