Customer Reviews: - Nice Headset
This headset has been nice. It fits well, and volume is pretty good for the price. Could be a little louder at times, but depends on the phone. I am currently using it with a SNOM M3 cordless IP phone. Nice for the price...more info - Headset
The problem we had was that there was no information in the add about phone compatability. I called the manufacturer and found that the headset had not been tested for compatability with our phone. Also there was not a diagram to show how the switches worked. I had to call the manufacturer for that information. The headset works on our phone, but has limited range from the base. Sometimes the other party says that we are breaking up. ...more info - great mobile headset review
when talking on the phone, I prefer an over-the -head headset and have tried every kind imaginable with very poor results ... poorly made, uncomfortable, bad volume and constantly breaking. I finally found one that seems to overcome all of my past problems and so far I am really enjoying a well made, comfortable, good volume, quality head set. For those that like an over-the-head headset, I encourage you to try this one.[[ASIN:B000ANOY7M Mobile Headset 2.5 Connector Vol/mute]]...more info - Look no more - this is a great headset for cordless phone
After I did the research and studied many review, I decided to purchase this headset from Amazon. The sound quality is excellent in comparison to several other brand/model that I own. Seriously, this product has exceeded my expactation for a $18 piece. You can control the volume and the mute right from the headset wire. I also like the microphone stick which is not the flexible type that is easily out of shape. The weight of the headset is pretty light and it fits quite well. I used it to talk on the phone and walked around, then I totally forgot that I was wearing a headset. The headset also works on my Motorola cell phone. The padding on the ear feels very confortable. I am happy with the product. ...more info - Didn't work for our vtech phone
Even though the jack size is correct for our vtech phone, the sound was garbled and faint -- I had to return it!...more info - Works Well
This headset has the features I want and anyone who has children will appreciate the mute button. Fits comfortably on my head and the mic comes close to my mouth so my caller can hear okay. It's lightweight and folds up. Good value and I've had no problems....more info - Nice headset
I have been using this for about a month. I find that I can hear well and people on the other end say that the voice is fine as well. The only minor complaint is that the headband could be a little stronger as the headset tends to move around. Then again if it was too tight it would probably hurt. All and all a good buy....more info - Great Headsest
This is a great headsest. The volume is loud enough and the sound quality is clear. The set is also comfortable to wear. At the same time I bought this one, I also bought a cheaper Panasonic KX-TCA60 and this one is noticably more comfortable and better sound quality....more info - good option for wired headsets in office use
We bought a new phone system that did not have the modular/RJ type of headset jack. We had to use the cell phone type of headsets. After trying out a couple, this was model was the favorite of staff. I think it slides off the ear a bit because the padding is a little slick, but that's my only complaint. ...more info - Mediocre Headset
I've been using this headset with a Uniden cordless (5.8 GHz) and an AT&T corded phone. In both cases, people complain that they can't hear me very well. Using the so-called microphone volume switch doesn't seem to make much difference.
It's also not particularly comfortable. I can hear other people fine, but of course that's only half of the challenge with voice communications....more info - Poor sound quality, rigid headband & microphone
One of the worst headsets I have ever endured. I had it 2 days before returning it. I could scarcely hear the people at the other end due to static and hissing, while in comparison the new Jensen headset Jensen JTH940 Telephone Headset I purchased the same day had none on the same calls. Also, although the product packaging claimed for the headset to have an adjustable boom microphone, it clearly did not. The arm of the microphone was made of hard plastic that would've broken if I'd attempted to bend it. The headband was by default WAY too small in curvature, meaning when I spread the sides to fit over my head there was a threatening creak/snap of strained plastic-scarey!
The Jensen serves its purpose very well and I am happy with it. This brand will not be considered for purchase again....more info - Love Plantronics Products....
It's a great product that has volume control. Plantronics headset are always good quality products. It fit in both cordless phone and cell phone jacks....more info - Testing, Testing, 1...2....3....
I had no idea which headset would be better than the next. i was lost. i scoured the net looking. i asked around. I finally decided to buy this one. It is not extremely comfortable but it I do forget its there most of them because it isn't uncomfortable either. I work from home and use this to talk p to 5 hours at a time. people always seem to hear me just fine. The volume works great but I have a habit of using the one on the phone it is connected to. The voice amp switch seems to work for the hard of hearing clients that I speak with. The mute switch also works fine but again I do use the mute on my phone because it is more accessible. Don;t hesitate to buy this headset. It has great reviews on another site as well. ...more info - Poor quality
This product varies widely from one to another some are almost useless and very hard to hear on...more info - Plantonic Mobile Headset
I so enjoy having my hands free during conference calls at home. The Plantonic Mobile Headset makes that possible. Pretty sweet because it also has a Mute function....more info - Volume can be a Little Too Low
Pros: comfortable, adjustable, long cord, clip on, light weight, good price. I found it comfortable enough to speak with someone for over 30 minutes.
Cons: I have the volume on both my AT&T 2.4 GHz cordless telephone (model E2718B) and the headset turned up to maximum. Depending on who is on the other end, it can still be a little hard to hear....more info - Average quality headset
Overall, the product is ok. You could hear others well with a sufficient quality. However, as stated by others, one of its cons is the quality of your voice as observed by the other party. I was told that I either sound muffed or I don't sound the "right". For an average set, this is ok....more info
