Today telemarketing companies are no more less than any multinatinal company or an international firm not only because they have a high turnover like them but also because of the scope they have to spread in the spectrum of the business. Though they are named not as telemarketing companies and known as call center still they do the same job and cities which support this businees are Noida, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune beside these there are many cities having telemarketing companies established long back but at small level. What supports India to have strong base for telemarketing companies are cheap lobour, large English speaking force, IT industry boom and low capital investment. Beside India other countries which is been succeed in giving the business of telemarketing are US, UK and Canada.
