4th Annual Summer Social - St. Paul, MN

"CCNG is a member organization, and the 4th Annual Summer Social is our way of reaching out to all call center employees so that you can join us for a great afternoon with over 120 other call center professionals. Since registration to attend is necessary and only active members can register, non-members can email us at membership@ccng.com. Users will be given a code which will make you a 90 day member of CCNG. You can then register as a member and attend! Last year's event drew 160 contact center professionals from Minnesota and this year it is sure to be even larger.

Members Only Special Interest Online Forum - Your Office
Scheduled For: Friday, September 09, 2005
Each quarter we offer all CCNG Members the opportunity to participate in a unique online educational event produced in conjunction with The Call Center School.
Join us on September 9th for a day of networking and education on supervision and coaching.
The forum will include morning discussion boards to obtain specific attendee focus topics, a live 60- minute web seminar delivered by recognized industry experts from The Call Center School, and an online post-event discussion board to capture and respond to individual issues and questions.
Moderated Online Discussion
We'll have an online forum open from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Central Time. Participants can log in at any time and discuss workforce managment topics with other CCNG members online. Senior faculty from The Call Center School and other workforce management experts will host the online forum, respond to questions and facilitate online discussion in this lively, fast-paced session.
Web Seminar from Noon -1:00 pm Central Time
"The Seven Deadly Sins of Call Center Supervision and Coaching"
Most call center supervisors or team managers are promoted into the position from the frontline ranks. However, many lack the essential knowledge and skills needed to be a successful team leader and coach. This presentation will identify seven of the most common mistakes made by new supervisors and how to avoid them by implementing just a few simple, yet proven, performance management practices. Attendees will hear tips on interviewing and hiring, developing a retention strategy, defining performance goals, providing feedback, and applying rewards and consequences. Anyone that supervises call center staff will benefit from this session.
