Enter The 2005 Members' Choice Awards
Congratulations! - you are about to enter probably the most prestigious industry award program ever!
There are no judges appointed by us and absolutely no bias! - the winners will be those who are voted the best by their end users!
Important Instructions including new rules for the 2005 program! All entrants must complete this on-line form - no other methods will be accepted. Once we have received it we will validate your entry and advise you if your entry has been accepted. For the 2005 award program the following dates apply and there are no exceptions.
Award entries can be submitted from: Monday 15th March 2004
Last date for early discounts off the entry fee Midnight 31st July 2004
Last date for submitting an award entry: Midnight 31st October 2004
Commencement of voting promotion by entrants: 15th November 2004
Last voting date: 30th January 2005
Awards Presentation: Late February 2005
Under no circumstances can votes be solicited or accepted before the commencement date shown above.
Entry Fee There is an entry fee per award category and per region - this will be billed after you have entered the award program. The fee is based on the total number of awards your company has submitted and for 3 or less categories/regions the entry fee is US$150 (US$175 after 31st July 2004) per category/region entered. When entering 4 or more categories/regions the entrance fee will be discounted to US$125 (US$150 after 31st July 2004) for all categories/regions entered. No company will be listed on the pages used by voters unless payment has been made in full prior to the commencement of voting date shown above.
Awards per category In the 2005 program there are 4 possible awards per category (1) Best Global (2) Best Americas (3) Best EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) and (4) Best APAC (Asia Pacific). To participate in any "Global" awards, companies must be entered in two or more regions within the same category. To win a Global award, your company must win two of the three regions to qualify. Should your company win only one region your company will not qualify to win a Global award.
Throughout the voting process, all companies who have entered will receive a 'vote status' update if they have not received enough votes to qualify them in the voting competition - this will help alert entrants would they fall short of the minimum 5 valid 'end user' votes required.
Entry by a 3rd party Under no circumstances will entries be accepted from 3rd parties.

Selecting Award Categories & Entry Regions
Just select which awards suit your company/product/service and select which areas of the world you would like to be entered into the awards where:
'Regional' enters you into one or more of the three key geographical regions - 'Americas', 'EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and APAC (Asia Pacific).
'Global' enters you into the 'global' awards - ideal for companies operating all around the globe.
Examples:
Company A provides outsourcing services in Europe. They want to enter the Regional award for 'Best Outsourcing Company' and therefore select the following:
Award category - Best Outsourcing Company
Region - EMEA
The total award entry fee is only US$150 (US$175 after 31st July 2004) for 1 category and 1 region
Company B provides help desk solutions in the US & Europe. They want to enter the awards for both the Americas and EMEA regions. They therefore select the following:
Award category - Best Help Desk Solution
Region - Americas & EMEA
The total award entry fee is only US$300 (US$350 after 31st July 2004) for 1 category and 2 regions at $150 each (US$175 after 31st July 2004)
Company C is a provider of ACD's based in the US. They have offices all around the world supporting clients. They want to enter the global awards. They therefore select the following:
Award category - Best ACD/Switch
Region - Americas
Region - APAC
Region - EMEA
Region - Global
The total award entry fee is only US$500 (US$600 after 31st July 2004) for 1 category and 4 regions at $125 each (US$150 after 31st July 2004)
